Bai Lu has finally kicked off a new drama, marking her first project since leaving the agency she was signed to for ten years. The drama, adapted from the novel The Last Blossom (开到荼蘼) by Yi Shu, is seen as a move away from the costume dramas that have defined much of her career. Directed by Li Muge
